Meet Alfredo "Alfie" Vargas
My name is Alfredo Vargas, but you can call me Alfie, and I am a practicing physician and wellness coach. I was born and raised in Florida and continue to reside here with my wife and children. I have spent my entire life studying and training. Growing up, I was an active athlete and competed in crew. I went through medical school and am currently practicing as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician. I strive to be the best possible version of myself every day to live MY life fully. I train for my life, to meet my own goals. I have seen firsthand what unhealthy habits and neglected exercise do to the body. I created Life Athlete to offer my expertise in fitness, health, and wellness to all those seeking to improve their own lives. Aging does not have to be an excuse for weakness.
